- La Iglesia de Irlanda es el nombre oficial de la confesión anglicana → Church of England en Irlanda. La iglesia anglicana se le asociaba tradicionalmente con la colonización británica. Era la iglesia de the Ascendancy (la aristocracia rural de origen mayormente inglés).
