- In many Italian cities, when people leave the office around 6:30 P.M. they make their way to a bar for an aperitivo (aperitif): aperol® , bellini® , pink gin , campari® , campari® and orange , negroni , or even just a tomato juice, accompanied by potato chips, peanuts, and olives.
