- Costa del Sol is the name of a coast in southern Spain, running from Tarifa (in the west) to Almería (in the east). It incorporates the following four provincias: Cádiz, Málaga, Granada and Almería. The coast of Málaga is probably the most well known (especially Marbella and Fuengirola) and is where Spanish celebrities particularly like taking their holidays.
