Die Einkommensgrenzen sind mit den Bestimmungen für die Befreiung von den Rundfunk- und Fernsehgebühren identisch.
Liegt also bereits eine GIS-Befreiung (Befreiung nach dem Fernsprechentgeltzuschussge... vor, muss für die Befreiung von den Ökostromkosten lediglich die letzte Stromrechnung bei der GIS Gebühren Info Service GmbH (GIS) eingereicht werden.
