During the opening celebrations at the Padang ( refer to information about this location ) the artist and his assistants raised a huge wall of illuminated colour-changing balloons.
It consisted of 140 hexagonal " clouds ", made out of a structure with about a thousand attached helium balloons with bright LEDs embedded within.

Während der Eröffnungsparty auf dem Padang ( siehe die Erläuterungen zu diesem Ort ) ließ der Künstler gemeinsam mit vielen Helfern eine riesige Wand aus beleuchteten, ihre Farbe wechselnden Luftballons aufsteigen.
Sie bestand aus 140 hexagonalen " Wolken ", gebildet aus einer Struktur, auf der etwa tausend mit Helium gefüllte Ballons befestigt waren, in denen sich leuchtende LED befinden.
