Unsere Halbzeitentschließung enthält eine Reihe allgemeiner politischer Empfehlungen für die EU und eine Grundlage für einen konkreten legislativen Aktionsplan in Bezug auf spezifische Projekte und Initiativen, die im Rahmen einer Zehnjahresperspektive ergriffen werden sollten.
Diese Entschließung wird auch als Grundlage für die für Juli 2011 anstehende abschließende Entschließung des Ausschusses dienen.
