Die normale Spiegelung oder Endoskopie, wie wir sie vom Dickdarm oder vom oberen Verdauungstrackt ( Speiseröhre, Magen ) kennen, ist beim Dünndarm nur am Zwölffingerdarm und am terminalen Ileum ( Abschnitt am Übergang in den Dickdarm ) möglich.
Der Rest wird nicht routinemäßig z.B. bei den Vorsorgeuntersuchungen eingesehen.
