Im Zuge des bundesweiten Wettbewerbs zum Hochschulbau hatte der Wissenschaftsrat seinerzeit das Bauvorhaben positiv begutachtet.
Oldenburg bilde, so das Beratungsgremium, auf dem Gebiet der Hörgerätesysteme bereits heute ein Kompetenzzentrum mit herausragender nationaler und internationaler Ausstrahlung.

In the course of the nationwide competition for the university building, the German Science Council expressed its approval of the project.
