Überschrieben ist das Programm mit dem Titel „Serving the community – educating the global world“, also mit einem Bildungsauftrag, der sich weltweitem Gemeinwohl verpflichtet sieht.
Die Förderdauer des Programms beträgt insgesamt vier Jahre (2013 bis 2016).
