Hierbei prüfen und entwickeln wir die Voraussetzungen für Flächennutzungs- und Bebauungspläne, die Aufteilung von Grundstücken und die Bildung von Wohn- und Teileigentumsgemeinschaften nach dem Wohnungseigentumsgesetz.
Sollten Vereinbarungen mit Dritten erforderlich sein, so begleitet MEK die entsprechenden Vertragsverhandlungen und die erforderliche Abwicklung von Verträgen mit Kommunen, Behörden oder Nachbarn unter Beachtung ggf. erforderlicher grundbuchrechtlicher Sicherungsmittel.
