§ 3 Auftragsausführung, Lieferfristen
( 1 ) Die Übersetzung wird vollständig, gemäß den grammatikalischen Regeln sowie in Übereinstimmung mit dem Textsinn und dem Verwendungszweck der Übersetzung nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen zu Informationszwecken angefertigt.
Sind Informations-Begleitmaterial oder besondere Anweisungen seitens des Auftraggebers nicht übermittelt worden, werden Fachausdrücke in allgemein üblicher und allgemein verständlicher Form übersetzt.
