Ziel Um besser zu verstehen, welche Rolle das Vertrauen als handlungs- und wahrnehmungsformende Einstellung in Sterbeprozessen spielt, untersucht das Projekt unterschiedliche Darstellungs- und Ausdrucksformen imaginativen Erlebens in Todesnähe.
Dazu gehören insbesondere Sterbeträume, Sterbebettvisionen und Nahtoderfahrungen.
Dabei wird gefragt, inwiefern imaginatives Erleben und symbolische Kommunikation in Todesnähe zur Selbstdeutung sowie Verarbeitung des erlebten Kontrollverlusts beitragen.
