Die Höhe des Pauschallohns richtet sich nach den Normen der Mittelgeber und nach dem Anteil der effektiv für die Institution aufzuwendenden Arbeitszeit.
Die Festlegung erfolgt in Absprache mit Human Resources (Art 35/1 PVO).
