Auslandsreisen von Substitutionspatienten Für Substitutionsbehandlungen von opiatabhängigen Patienten werden dem Betäubungsmittelrecht unterstehende Wirkstoffe eingesetzt ( insbesondere Methadon, Levomethadon und Buprenorphin ).
Sofern dies aus ärztlicher Sicht vertretbar und in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorschriften des bereisten Landes ist, kann der Arzt dem Patienten Verschreibungen des Substitutionsmittels über eine für die Dauer der Reise erforderlichen Menge - maximal allerdings für 30 Tage pro Jahr - aushändigen.
