Dabei hat es seinen Platz im Herzen der Stadt im historischen Gebäude Proviant-Magazin gefunden.

In 1972 , Karl Delorme , a true son of Mainz , at that time head of the city ’s cultural department , laid the foundation stone for the Carnival Archive from which the Carnival Museum emerged in 2004 .
It has found its place at the heart of the city in the historic Supply Depot building.
