Mit seiner innovativen Ausbildung soll das Gebäude die Kompetenz der Firma zum Ausdruck bringen und zu einem „landmark“ werden.

For the Bulgarian manufacturer of electronic components, DIN A4 Architektur designed a new operations facility for administration and production in Sofia.
This landmark building for Centillion provides formal expression to the expertise of the company and consists of highly-sophisticated building technology due to specific air pressure, vacuum, and CO2 atmospheric requirements of the manufacturing processes.

Die Division Building Technologies lieferte das DESIGO-Gebäudemanagementsystem für drei Großprojekte in Sofia: die Bulgaria Mall und das angrenzende Bürogebäude, eine Produktionsstätte für medizinische Elektronik von Centillion und das neue moderne Krankenhaus City Clinic.
Das größte Rechenzentrum von Evolink wurde mit der neuesten Brandschutz- und Sicherheitstechnologie ausgestattet, die in die Siemens Gefahrenmanagementstation MM8000 integriert ist.

Siemens’ Building Technologies Division delivered the DESIGO building management system for three big projects in Sofia:Bulgaria Mall and the adjacent office building, a plant for production of Centillion medical electronics, and the new modern hospital City Clinic.
The biggest data center of the company Evolink was equipped with the latest technology for fire safety and security systems, integrated in the Siemens MM8000 danger management station.

A general contractor as on-site architect was responsible for the construction documentation and delivery.

Mit seiner innovativen Ausbildung soll das Gebäude die Kompetenz der Firma zum Ausdruck bringen und zu einem „landmark“ werden.Aufgrund der Produktionsanforderungen ist das Objekt mit Luftdruck-, Vakuum- und Stickstoffanlage ausgestattet, eine hochkomplexe Gebäudetechnik ist das Resultat.
Vor Ort wurde ein Generalunternehmer für die Ausführungsplanung und ihre Umsetzung beauftragt.
