“Pan-Seared King Prawns on Braised Chorizo and Mediterranean Vegetables with Grilled Avocado” – such was the title of the dish, and before you knew it, Sarah and Oliver were chopping, cooking, frying and grilling side by side in the a.choice kitchen.
