Aufgrund der steigenden Bedeutung der Europäischen Gesetzgebung, z. B. durch Bauprodukten- und Ecodesignrichtlinie, hatten namhafte Hersteller der Branche Ende letzten Jahres unter dem Dach des Europäischen Maschinenbau-verbandes EUnited eine Sektorgruppe „ Armaturen “ gegründet, um insbesondere ihre Interessen zu bündeln und in Brüssel gemeinsam zu vertreten.
Wichtige Projekte, wie die beiden Produkt-Klassifizierungssys... „WELL- Water Efficiency Label“ und „TELL - Thermostatic Efficiency Label“ konnten als Antwort auf die ErP (Energy related Products) Richtlinie zwischenzeitlich erfolgreich, das heißt, unter Beteiligung nahezu aller namhaften europäischen Hersteller realisiert werden.
Gleichzeitig gelang es EUnited Valves schnell, sich als kompetenter Gesprächs-partner und Stakeholder in Brüssel zu etablieren.

Nearly all of the most important European manufacturers of sanitary taps and thermostatic radiator valves have had products classified in the past 12 months, responding to justified interest among consumers for information and guidance in making the right purchasing decision.
