Zusätzlich haben beide Gruppen Zugang zu bedeutenden internationalen und nationalen Einrichtungen wie bei JET ( UK ) oder ASDEX-upgrade ( Garching ), an der Large Laser Facilities mit dem VULCAN Laser in Großbritannien und zum LULI Laser in Frankreich, neben den Lasersystemen der anderen Transregio Partner.
Die meisten Projektleiter sind bereits in dem erst kürzlich gegündeten Transregio SFB / TR18 " Relativistic Laser Plasma Dynamics " (unter Federführung der HHUD) , in den Bochumer SFB 591 " Universal Properties of Plasmas far from Equilibrium " und in dem in Jülich angesiedelten virtuellen Institut " ITER-relevant plasma boundary physics " involviert.
www.laserphy.uni-duesseldorf.deThe availability of the local experimental facilities, a short pulse laser system in Düsseldorf and a tokamak in Jülich is excellent and in addition the two groups have access to major international and national facilities, for example JET ( UK ) or ASDEX-upgrade ( Garching ) and Large Laser Facilities including the VULCAN laser in the UK and the LULI laser in France additionally to the laser systems of the Transregio partners.
