Die Vereinbarung wurde durch die Capital Requirements Directive ( CRD ) über eine Änderung der Bankenrichtlinie 2000 / 12 / EG und der Kapitaladäquanzrichtlinie 93 / 6 / EWG in europäisches Recht überführt .
Die geänderten Richtlinien sind am 30.06.2006 im Europäischen Amtsblatt veröffentlicht worden.

The framework agreement was implemented in European law through the Capital Requirements Directive ( CRD ) including an amendment to the directives 2000 / 12 / EC relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions and 93 / 6 / EEC .
The amended directives were published on June 30, 2006 in the Official Journal of the EU.
