Beim Fosbury-Flop übe ich ja mehr als nur Hochsprung.Nämlich Schnelligkeit, Behendigkeit, Timing, Körpergefühl, Balance, Sprungkraft und so weiter.
Und dafür lohnt es sich dann doch.
