Um langfristig den Schutz gefährdeter Bevölkerungsgruppen zu verbessern , fördert das Projekt zunächst die Fähigkeiten der für Menschenrechte zuständigen staatlichen Institutionen , ihre Mandate wahrzunehmen : die National Planning Authority , die Uganda Human Rights Commission und die Equal Opportunities Commission .
Eine Partnerschaft mit dem Uganda Bureau of Statistics trägt dazu bei, die Achtung der Menschenrechte beim Umgang mit persönlichen Daten zu erhöhen.

To improve the long-term protection of vulnerable population groups , the project is first building the capacity of the state institutions responsible for human rights to fulfil their mandate . These bodies are the National Planning Authority , the Uganda Human Rights Commission and the Equal Opportunities Commission .
A partnership with the Uganda Bureau of Statistics is also helping to improve the level of respect for human rights when dealing with personal data.
