"Ich bin zutiefst besorgt über die von terroristischen Gruppen im Norden Malis ausgelösten militärischen Bewegungen, und ich verurteile ihre Angriffe gegen die malischen Streitkräfte und die Besetzung der Stadt Konna aufs schärfste", erklärte die Hohe Vertreterin Catherine Ashton.
