ZUSAMMENFASSUNG
Diese Verordnung kommt zur Anwendung, wenn die Europäische Union (EU) selbst autonom oder vertraglich mengenmäßige Ein- und Ausfuhrkontingente festgesetzt hat.
Die Verordnung gilt weder für die in Anhang I zum Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union aufgeführten landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnisse noch für andere Produkte, für die eine spezifische Einfuhr- oder Ausfuhrregelung mit besonderen Vorschriften über die Kontingentsverwaltung gilt.

This regulation applies where the European Union (EU) has established quantitative import and export quotas, whether autonomous or conventional.
The regulation does not apply to the agricultural products listed in Annex I to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, nor to other products covered by special import or export rules laying down specific provisions for the administration of quotas.
